The fourth Women in Football Be Inspired Conference in partnership with Barclays saw more than 500 delegates attending a combination of keynote speeches and break out sessions at Wembley Stadium on 26 April.

Each Friday over the coming weeks we will upload full videos of the different sessions to our @WomeninFootballOfficial YouTube channel in order that all our 11,000+ members can listen back to the inspiring conversations.

We start with CEO and co-founder of Angel City FC Julie Uhrman. Having worked in male-dominated industries as an investment banker on a trading floor, developing video games and a stint working for Playboy, Julie did not even know professional women's soccer existed. 

From this inauspicious foundation, she went on to become a business partner of Natalie Portman as part of a new football club in Los Angeles with an entirely female leadership group.
