Women in Football’s first corporate member of 2024 will be tms – a multinational company providing services for huge global brands including McDonald’s, T-Mobile, O2 and adidas.
With more than 1,200 employees across 26 countries, tms offers a world-leading range of marketing, tech and sourcing solutions. The organisation was recently named by Ad Age as one of the 50 best places to work in the advertising industry.
By engaging with Women in Football and its community, tms can exchange insights, share best practices, and collaborate on initiatives that promote gender diversity and equality in sports marketing and beyond – further enhancing its reputation among clients and employees.
In becoming a corporate member of WIF, tms joins high-profile organisations such as Sky Sports, the Premier League and three of the League’s clubs.
The Corporate Membership programme at WIF gives organisations access to a unique range of expert services, designed to help them become fully gender-inclusive employers.
The bespoke services on offer include an audit of organisational culture, helping to foster inclusive team dynamics, female-centred coaching and mentoring, and places on the Women in Football Leadership Course in partnership with Barclays.
