Women in Football is looking for talented new members of staff to join a thriving small team at an exciting moment for the organisation as we extend our activities and influence.
All three roles will play a critical part in spreading the word about WIF, building awareness of our work and developing our relationships. As a not-for-profit, our brand profile and partnerships underpin the vital work we do and the impact we can have as we strive to be the leading global organisation driving gender equality and inclusion in football.
Applications are open now for these important positions. Join us and you'll play a vital role in levelling the playing field for women working in and around the football industry.
The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving and developing revenue growth for Women in Football and further growing our brand presence and impact with best-in-class partners committed to the pursuit of gender equality in football.
This role will lead commercial activities across the organisation, achieving revenue targets, while working closely with the WIF team to ensure smooth activation and communication of partnerships.
The Marketing and Membership Manager will be responsible for three key areas:
Our marcomms campaigns are key to promoting WIF and our events and services, celebrating our members, challenging discrimination and driving positive change in the industry.
We have great ambitions for the growth of our membership community (individual and corporate) in order to reach and support more women in football. A growing membership also helps to demonstrate why we exist and attracts new partners and supporters of our commitment to gender equality in the game.
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for nurturing and overseeing the relationship and account management of key brand partners and corporate clients, providing a seamless transition from the Senior Commercial Manager to ensure effective delivery and activation of contractual rights. You will inform the future development of our products and services, and be responsible for reporting the impact of our work to our partners and informing our external communications.
Our rapidly growing community of over 6,000 women, men and non-binary people is our superpower. It’s this diverse and inspiring community, who support and champion their peers, that gives us a hopeful glimpse into the future of a more diverse football industry.
Diversity, equality and inclusion are in WIF’s DNA and our commitment to them is what drives us. We celebrate multiple approaches and multiple points of view, and everyone is welcome. If you work with us, you’ll be empowered to bring your whole, authentic self to work – to be you. We know that this is how you will thrive, and that if you thrive, WIF will thrive.
We want our workplace to look like the communities we serve. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and especially encourage applications from people whose ethnicity is underrepresented in the football workforce, LGBTQ people, disabled people, people of faith, men, and people who have experienced exclusion or marginalisation.
All three jobs are open-ended, full-time (40 hours per week) positions, based at your home in the UK. We have always been a successful remote-working team, even before the pandemic – and despite the distance we are a small and tightly-knit team.
Please read the job description carefully before applying and email info@womeninfootball.co.uk with any questions. Good luck! We're looking forward to reading your application.
