The University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS) has pledged to #GetOnside by continuing to offer two fully-funded Women in Football scholarships for its Football Industries MBA. 

Ranked in the top 100 MBA programmes in the world, the core elements of the course focus on leadership, strategy, organisations, innovation, international business and the global environment. The programme also covers entrepreneurship, managing financial resources and other vocational training, including modules on Becoming a Football Executive and Sports Operations Management.

The two ULMS Women in Football scholarship places will be awarded to two candidates who can demonstrate academic and professional excellence. This includes a 2:1 or higher undergraduate or postgraduate degree, as well as a minimum of four years of leadership experience and leadership potential. Women in Football scholarship places were first launched by ULMS as part of the #WhatIf campaign in 2019 and have since supported many women with progression in their football careers.

Babatunde Buraimo, Director of Studies of the Football Industries MBA, said: "The Football Industries MBA programme is passionate about advancing knowledge and understanding of the business and management of football. We have a diverse cohort of students drawn from across the globe. However, we would like to help improve the representation of women in the sport and as in the past, we would welcome applications to our women in football scholarships from prospective female students who meet our criteria.

"These are fantastic opportunities that we have been offering for a few years now, highlighting our commitment to women in football."
