Time to branCHout with a free webinar: Planning your career break and comeback: How re- and up-skilling can ensure your career re-entry

It's true that you simply can't put a price on some of the best things in life - and the same goes for webinars too.

On that basis, we are delighted to share with you details of a special webinar, hosted by branCHout, a Swiss-based English speaking women’s networking club that targets professional women in their 30-40s.

Events are usually hosted on a quarterly basis, but due to the current restrictions on our everyday lives, they have moved online for the time being.

Their next webinar - which is free - focuses on the rapidly changing economy, how workers remain competitive and lifelong learning as as essential element for adults to support and maintain their employability.

This is true not only for those who currently have jobs but also for individuals seeking to re-enter the labour market after a career break. Participation in continuous learning during the break can be an important element for successful re-entry.

Evelin Bermudez will host the event which takes place on 26 October at 6pm - 7.30pm UK time.

University teacher Evelin will take you through her tips and advice, providing up to date statistics about working mothers / maternity leave / women returning to the workforce and beyond, and help you avoid the classic pitfalls.

You will have the opportunity to discuss the material together, and to get to know each other, in breakout sessions throughout the webinar.

To register for this free event, simply email alice@branCHout.ch by 16 October 2020 to secure your place. You will then be sent the login details to the webinar separately.
