Inspire Girls Football have teamed up with Women's Football Supporters to launch some free 45 minute zoom HIIT & Ball Mastery classes - with a special mystery guest appearance for a live Q&A in every session.

Sessions are indoor and garden appropriate and require minimal equipment- only a football and a small space.

The sessions run every Wednesday and Sunday at 16:00 BST.

Inspire Girls Football have reached out to Women in Football to ask if any of our followers and friends would like to feature as a special guest on their 10 minute live Q&A special mystery guest feature?
