Unless you are based in Switzerland, you may not have heard of branCHout, which is an English speaking women’s networking club targeting professional women in their 30-40s.

Events are usually hosted on a quarterly basis, but as with so many changes due to the pandemic, branCHout is changing its concept and hosting a live webinar event instead on Tuesday 19 May (18:45 BST).

The topic to be discussed will focus on negotiations in the digital era, an area relevant for many of us during this time of working from home.

The speaker, Dr. Haniyeh Yousofpour, will share best ways to improve negotiation skills – be it for professional negotiations, or even for situations which could be used for home life.

She will focus on the principles of negotiation in the digital era, the best approach to conflict resolution during stressful times and how to apply critical thinking while collaborating with others to reach an agreement.

The webinar will include a presentation of slides along with using breakout rooms so everyone can put what they have learnt into practice.
