Michelle Moore hosted a special Women in Football 'Ambition, potential & inspiration' event on Tuesday evening as part of Fare's 'Football People weeks' campaign.

Places on the workshop were snapped up quickly and an attentive audience were fully engaged in the private setting of The Library in London's St Martin's Lane.

Michelle led the audience on a journey that explored issues of identity, ambition, mindset, conflict and personal effectiveness.

The workshop saw former athlete Michelle share her own experiences and sporting narrative of failure, discrimination and achievement. In doing so, this offered support and encouragement to the attendees on their own journey to a greater understanding and knowledge about self-efficacy and resilience to meet the challenges in their professional careers.
