These two new courses are tailored to build your skills for the next challenges in your career. Both Level 3 and 4 courses will take place at Barclays’ spectacular HQ in Canary Wharf, London.
Level 3 will be delivered by WiF board member Monique Choudhuri, a non-executive director at Brentford FC and managing director at Career Path Training & Consultancy, specialising in leadership development and consultancy.
Monique will build on skills learned during L1 and L2 Leadership Courses, providing a powerful and interactive course covering the following topics:
* Leading and leadership distinction
* The difference between leading and managing
* The power of feedback
* Emotional intelligence
Each participant will also have the opportunity to undertake an individual leadership and character profiling tool, and Monique will lead sessions on using this to assist you in your own management and leadership growth and development.
Level 4 will be co-delivered by WiF board members Professor Sue Bridgewater, Lungi Macebo, CEO Jane Purdon and Chair Ebru Köksal.
This fantastic day will cover:
* Personal branding
