Women in Football Chair Ebru Köksal is part of a stellar cast to feature at the World Football Summit in Madrid on 24-25 September.

On the opening day, Ebru will present the WFS19 Best Women’s Football Initiative Award, this year a category partnered by Women in Football.

The WFS Best Women’s Football Initiative Award winner will be selected from an organisation, group, club or NGO that has taken action to grow the women’s game professionally, made an impact within the media and ensured inspiration for upcoming generations.

The WFS Industry Awards are an integral part of the World Football Summit congress itself, and on Day Two of the conference, Ebru, a Senior Advisor at J Stern & Co, will take centre stage for: Women's Football: What's Next After The Game-Changing Fifa WWC?

Ebru will be joined by the likes of Karina LeBlanc (Head of Women's Football, CONCACAF) and Laura Georges (Federation Francaise de Football) to dicsuss how the momentum in the women's game can be maintained when major brands become new sponsors.
