Inclusive female football festivals announced by Surrey FA

In a bid to ensure that football really is accessible to all women, Surrey FA has announced that this season, in partnership with Middlesex FA and London FA, they will run a series of Inclusive Female Football Festivals for women aged 16+ with a disability or mental health issue.

Maybe you haven't ever kicked a football before or perhaps you last played when you were at school? Whatever your circumstances or experience, it doesn't matter. All abilities are welcome for the first confirmed festival, which is free to enter. Women are welcome to sign up as a group or as an individual.

Football Development Officer (Disability & Inclusion) at Surrey FA, Tamsyn Woodman, said: “Both the female and disability games are growing so fast, and we want to make sure that football is accessible to women of all abilities or disabilities
