So says Women in Football chair Ebru Köksal, who has one of the most amazing, empowering and uplifting stories you will hear.
Anyone lucky enough to hve heard Ebru speak at one of our Leadership Courses, will be familiar with some aspects of this special video.
In her own indomitable way, Ebru takes us through her quite extraordinary journey in this special talk, which was given at a TEDx event.
"Life is not a straight line or ladder, it is rather a jungle gym," she added. "Unless you try, you never know if you will succeed or not. The greatest failures can sometimes be the start of biggest successes."
