Alex Scott becomes the first-ever female Sky Sports Super Sunday pundit

History in the making as Alex Scott MBE takes her place with the Sky Sports Super Sunday panel.

Alex Scott MBE made history on Sunday 12 August by becoming the first female pundit on Sky Sports Super Sunday.

Former Arsenal and England right-back Alex, capped 140 times by the Lionesses during a sparkling 16-year career, joined Graeme Souness and Jamie Carragher in covering Liverpool's 4-0 win over West Ham.

She was part of the BBC's punditry team at the World Cup in Russia earlier this summer and her knowledge and insight were again evident throughout a composed debut on Sunday.

Alex's history-making appearance will hopefully be the first of many.

Congratulations Alex!
