Jayne Ludlow has been inducted into the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame.
Wales football manager Jayne Ludlow has been inducted into the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame.
Jayne, 39, enjoyed a glittering career as a player, and during her 13 years at Arsenal scored more than 200 goals before finally hanging up her boots in 2013. During her career she won nine Premier League titles, the FA Women's Cup six times and the Uefa Cup in 2007.
Her success at international level was reflected by a remarkable record of 61 caps and 19 goals for her country.
Jayne took over the national manager job in 2014 and has since given Wales a real chance of World Cup qualification for the first time.
Her induction into the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame takes the total to 140 from 28 sports.
