Surrey FA are looking for dedicated, motivated and driven individuals to join their Board of Trustees.
Surrey County FA are looking for dedicated, motivated and driven individuals to join their Board of Trustees and help to further develop football for all in Surrey.
Following a skills audit the Board are recruiting for the following positions on their Board of Trustees:
1. Commercial Trustee
2. Health & Safety Trustee
3. Board Safeguarding Champion
A specific role profile is available for each position in the application pack which can be downloaded from the website here.
The successful applicants will have relevant experience in their area of expertise as well as good understanding of the responsibilities of a Board in the strategic management of a Limited Company with Charitable Status.
All trustees will be required to attend monthly Board meetings usually held at the County Office, at Meadowbank Football Ground, Dorking. They are accountable to the Board of Trustees through the Chair.
They would also need to be available for other meetings of the Association as required and to meet with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chair as well as relevant staff members as needed for the role.
This is an unpaid voluntary position although reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
Closing date: 5pm Monday 30 April 2018
Interview date: Week commencing 4 June 2018
