Women in Football this year celebrates its 10th anniversary and wants to use this opportunity to raise awareness of our work and further promote the opportunities to get involved and make a change in the industry. 

Participation statistics are improving but, there is still a huge challenge in the professional realm - 65% of females have witnessed sexual discrimination in their workplace, with many more deterred or prevented from entering football as a career.

There has been significant progress, but there is a lot more to do… WIF receive very little external funding so in order to make a real difference, we need your help!!

Whilst we are incredibly proud of our achievements over the past 10 years, this is a huge opportunity to collectively kick on and push even harder to bring about changes.

Memberships will remain free of charge, however, we would welcome any contributions so we can continue to:

• Champion female talent
• Support those who need it most
• Raise awareness
• Conduct valuable research

Funds raised will go towards upskilling women in football to ensure that they have the confidence, skills and support network required to really thrive within the industry. We will also focus on promoting role models and ambassadors to ensure that we continue to inspire young women to join and succeed within the industry.
