Want to move on up the career ladder? Women in Football's Leadership Workshop can show you how

Attendees at last year's successful first ever Women in Football Leadership Workshop

"When I left the Workshop I was walking on air."

That is just one of the many ringing endorsements given after Ebru Köksal delivered Women in Football's first ever Leadership Workship in London last year.

Ebru was joined by WiF Board Member Liz Ellen and Jane Purdon, UK Sport and former Director of the FA, on a day that was positively received by the attendees.

In fact such was the success of last year's inaugural event, that a second Leadership Workshop will be held next month at Mishcon de Reya, Africa House, on Monday 5th June.

"I found the event very well organised and brilliantly delivered," said Kristen Durose, "Although I live a distance from London it was well worth taking the time to attend."

Katie Baillie added: "I thought the advice, paired with Ebru's own experience was thoroughly valuable and really got me thinking what I need to do to further my own career growth."

This year's course is distilled to cover maximum learning during the day and will cover the following topics:

  • Leadership defined: Great Leaders of our time
  • Leadership styles – which one are you? Identify and leverage your strengths
  • Decision-making
  • Managing and influencing others
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Networking
  • Time management
  • Project management
