We had a fantastic response from many of you in 2014 and we really hope to capture even more valuable information with our 2016 survey.

This survey is for all women working in the football industry. Please complete again, even if you completed the survey in 2014. If you know of someone who may not be part of the WiF network but they work in football, please pass this email on as it would help us enormously.

It should take 15 mins and the closing date is 9 December 2015.
