Starting out in the game: a focus on next gen talent

For women who are looking to break into the football industry or are just starting out.

WIF round tables are small online group networking events which enable our members to chat freely with one another and lead the conversation in whatever way they like. This new collective is aimed at empowering and supporting women of Black heritage in football. This network will create a supportive and empowering community where women of Black heritage working in football can connect, collaborate, and inspire the next generation, while amplifying Black heritage female voices within the industry. To kick things off, we’ll be hosting two roundtable discussions to better understand the experiences of Black heritage women in football and help shape this collective so it’s truly beneficial for everyone.

These roundtables are a chance to hear your stories, share experiences, and gather valuable intel that will help shape the collective to be a truly empowering space for Black heritage women in football. Your voice matters, and we want to hear from YOU! Join us and be part of this exciting and important conversation – let’s come together, share, learn, and grow as a community!
