The Women in Football Be Inspired Conference in partnership with Barclays returns to Wembley Stadium in March 2025 to offer an incredible professional development opportunity for women building careers in and around the football industry.

Since its launch in 2022, the conference has already empowered hundreds of women with knowledge, insights and connections. And in March 2025 the event returns to Wembley Stadium for another day of incredible keynote speakers and expert panellists, as well as networking opportunities galore. 

After introduction and keynote sessions, the conference breaks off into panel sessions so you can choose the agenda items that suit your career path and background. Be Inspired has something for everyone – whether you’re new to the football industry or bringing a wealth of experience; a match official, media professional, marketer, manager or medic!

Past speakers, hosts and panellists have included Anita Asante, Clare Balding CBE, Emma Hayes OBE, Eni Aluko MBE, Jacqui Oatley MBE, Jill Scott MBE and Kelly Smith MBE. We'll make announcements soon with details of the guest speakers, panellists and sessions for 2025. Please look out for those in our monthly member newsletters – and in the meantime, look back over the programme for last year's conference to get a feel for what to expect.

How to attend

A limited number of early bird tickets will be released on Friday 25 October, with general sale tickets going on sale soon after. Tickets to the Be Inspired Conference in partnership with Barclays are only available to Women in Football members and links to apply for tickets are shared with members by email. If you aren't a member of WIF, you can submit your free application now.

To ensure our conference remains accessible to all women working in, or aspiring to work in the football industry, as it has been for the last few years, Barclays will be funding 100 bursary places for our members. The link to apply for one of these places is sent directly to members directly via email.
